The Simple Cure For Allergies

Every Spring and Fall, many people suffer from allergies as the seasons change. There is grass, weed, tree, and flower pollen in the air and many people have a very miserable time.
The symptoms of allergies are red eyes, runny nose, sneezing, wheezing, and sniffling. Some people can barely get their work done because of the annoying constant runny nose.
Who wants to do a demonstration at a meeting, conduct music, or teach a lesson when their nose is running nonstop? Who wants to sit at a front desk, bag groceries, or do any job with that involves the public when their face looks so miserable?
Symptoms can get worse too. There can be problems with asthma, sleep disturbance, and terrible headaches.
So, what is a person to do to find relief? Well, there is the drug store remedy of taking some antihistamine or nose spray.
That could be helpful to a certain extent, but it doesn’t get rid of the cause. The main cause is dairy products; milk, ice cream, cheese, sour cream, and even yogurt.
These products are very addicting in nature and people generally think they are necessary for strong bones. But, this is a big lie and deception, you will actually have stronger bones if you get your calcium from vegetables, greens, and beans.
Just try eliminating all dairy products for a week and see for yourself if your allergies don’t just start to clear up. You can even try going totally vegan for a month and then have some pizza or a milkshake and see if you start getting a runny nose in the next 12-24 hours.
That is a common occurrence for some people. The Israel Journal of Medicine had a conclusive study that proved that milk and cheese were major culprits in allergy season and the resultant weakness people then have from the consumption of harmful dairy food and drink.
In the Townsend Newsletter, a medical doctor named Julie Klotter said that milk contributes to allergies and mucus production.
You can visit many allergists all you want and spend a lot of money on treatments that don’t do any good. Or you can kiss the milk and cheese goodbye and see your symptoms start to vanish.
In the Natural Health publication of 1994, it was stated that at least 50% of all children are allergic to milk. It doesn’t matter if you are a child or an adult, milk is something you will want to stay away from.
Find out for yourself what it is like to have a symptom-free life all year. Enjoy clear breathing and thinking.
Getting rid of milk and cheese from your diet will be like a breath of fresh air, a boost of energy, and sounder sleep. Enjoy the natural and simple solution of no milk.
